Appearance on WTVG to Discuss Re-Opening After Quarantine

I was invited to appear on 13ABC to discuss what strategies businesses might use when they open up following the quarantine. (Using my iphone!) Governor DeWine announced the first elements in the phased re-opening of the State today. In my view, businesses will need to demonstrate that they are protecting employees and customers in order to bring customers back.
